Erian Stirrup White is the Founding Attorney of Whitehouse Law Group.

After graduating from Miami Senior High’s Legal Magnet Program, Erian White matriculated at the University of Florida. There, she studied Political Science, Criminology and African American Studies. Her undergraduate education confirmed that her passion was indeed her path. She graduated Cum Laude in 2012.

Mrs. White later attended Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with Honors in 2017. 

Her passion for criminal justice led her to begin her legal career at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office. There, she gained significant experience in Felony, Juvenile and Misdemeanor criminal cases. Mrs. White worked in the Early Representation Unit, the Juvenile Delinquency Unit, the Misdemeanor Jails Unit, and the Felony Trial Unit. During her time there, Mrs. White argued hundreds of motions and hearings including Bail/Bonds Motions, Motions to Suppress Evidence, Arthur Hearings and Competency Hearings. Most importantly, she gained the invaluable skills of Jury Selection, Bench Trials, and Jury Trials. Mrs. White defended clients in over 20 trials during her career as a Public Defender.

After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, Mrs. White entered into the Private Sector where she expanded her experience to Homeowner’s Insurance Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation.  

She founded Whitehouse Law Group in December 2020, during the Covid 19 Pandemic when many of us realized how important it was to take charge of our own destiny. The firm’s motto “Bend It Toward Justice” was inspired by a quote from the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.” For Mrs. White,  it’s urgent that we do all we can to effectuate equal protection under the law and equity in outcomes, and so Whitehouse Law Group fights daily to turn the tide of injustice.
